Lincoln Retail Marketing Communications Manager

Lincoln Area Manager, Sales & Customer Service

The focus of this position will be to lead development / implementation of the Lincoln brand revitalization (luxury) strategy including the Lincoln Customer Experience within a Market Area.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Achieve Lincoln brand objectives: Sales and Market Share, Wholesale, Parts Sales, ESP, VIN Share, Satisfaction and Loyalty.
- Establish and Execute overall Lincoln in-dealership customer experience in the top 130 MP / MSA dealerships:
- Execute in-Dealership Training for the Lincoln Customer Experience including extensive cultural, process and product training in each dealership

- Improve Lincoln Dealer Profitability through effective execution of sales, marketing and experience programs
- Experienced brand, marketing, sales or services manager preferably involved in some retail luxury industry – auto, specialty retail, hotel
- High level of experience working with luxury / premium auto brands or various luxury / premium retail businesses
- Strong knowledge of how luxury brands provide customer services and satisfaction
- Strong familiarity with customer experiential frameworks and lifestyle marketing
- Successfully developed strategies to reposition or revitalize brands or products
- Experienced and effective mid-level marketing, sales or customer services manager
- Strong ability to prioritize and achieve objectives
- Demonstrates ability to think tactically as well as strategically
- Experienced effectively managing a field organization and interfacing internally and externally
- Demonstrates ability to track, measure and communicate program performance
- Experienced with a wide variety of analytic tools: market research, brand methodologies and consumer metrics
- Broad knowledge of field operations to effectively focus on priorities
Requirements Include:
- Experienced with luxury / premium products, marketing, sales
- Demonstrates ability to identify target customers or customer segments to grow sales and build loyalty
- Strong understanding and ability to execute consumer experiential marketing
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills, effective managing a team and good mentoring ability
- Thorough knowledge of how sales, marketing, branding and advertising must be consistently executed and understand how to achieve objectives
- Undergraduate degree required, prefer an MBA
- Works well with internal and external suppliers / partners
