CORPORATE TICKET SALES REPRESENTATIVE
USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program (NTDP usantdp.com) will kick off the 2015-16 season at USA Hockey Arena (formerly Compuware Arena) in Plymouth, Michigan. Schedule includes United States Hockey League (USHL), NCAA Division I and III opponents and international competition.
USA Hockey Arena is seeking a highly-motivated sales professional to help make USA Hockey Arena and the NTDP an exciting, affordable and fun sports & entertainment destination for families and businesses. They will be tasked with selling season tickets, mini plans and group tickets to individuals and companies via phone prospecting, grass-roots canvassing, face-to-face appointments and business networking.
Requirements: Strength in time management, organization and customer service skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. Prior experience in sales, telemarketing and/or lead generation. Ability to communicate effectively with the public in a professional manner. Proficient computer skills including PhotoShop, InDesign and Illustrator. Experience in utilizing CRM and ticketing systems in maintaining customer records a plus. High energy, great communicator, and able to work in a team, and independently. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays. Salary commensurate with experience. Full-time position with benefits available immediately.
