Responsible for overseeing daily office activities to ensure smooth operations, providing qualified staff and performing related administrative duties by performing the following duties:

  • Provides assistance and back-up to the Executive Director.
  • Coordinates, monitors & troubleshoots office operations to ensure company requirements are sufficiently met on a daily basis.
  • Identifies qualified volunteers to support and contribute to the needs of the organization.
  • Maintains vendor relations.
  • Provides customer service to members on a daily basis.
  • Monitors office procedures and resolves problems through collaboration with pertinent contacts, and implements changes as needed.
  • Resolves operational problems related to customer service, accounting procedures and computer systems.
  • Performs all aspects of membership and event registration management including database updates, running lists for the annual Roster and other uses, monitoring membership and retention levels on an ongoing basis, creating monthly new member reports and managing on and off-site event registrations.
  • Provides office support for Adcraft PM.
  • Performs basic website updates for Adcraft and Adcraft PM.
  • Provides support for Adcraft meetings as needed.
  • Coordinates and oversees D Show entries, payments, event registrations, as well as on-site support for the Show.
  • Ensures the efficient operation of all office equipment by performing minor service duties and arranges for routine and necessary maintenance as needed.
  • Maintains the office supply inventory and orders additional supplies as needed.
  • Makes office deposits, postal runs and other special outside runs as needed.
  • Performs light storage and/or archival duties.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or Equivalent; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Office administration experience preferred.
